01 General Terms

ep92 (referred to throughout as "ep92", "the platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, live casino, slot games, fish games and related entertainment services to registered adult users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "player" or "user") and ep92 regarding your use of the platform and all associated services.

03 Account Rules

Each player may hold only one ep92 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or same household — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. ep92 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their login details.

• Account balances are held in PKR and are non-transferable between players.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. ep92 will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account.
• ep92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals or in cases where fraud is suspected.
• Account balances do not earn interest and are not bank-protected deposits. They are held as gaming credits on the ep92 platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ep92 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR — there are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange fees and no third-party processing charges applied by ep92.

Minimum deposit: PKR 300. Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary based on your account tier and verification status.

06 Gameplay Rules

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ep92. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal details to register or operate an account.

• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity over an extended period without prior communication.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request made by the account holder.
• Any situation where ep92 determines, in good faith, that continuing to operate an account poses a risk to the player, other players or the platform.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If closure is due to a terms violation, ep92 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits ep92's liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud by ep92. This limitation of liability clause does not affect any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
